Log in to your Ticketmaster account and download your tickets to the Ticketmaster app.
Alternatively, you can access your tickets in your Ticketmaster account at www.ticketmaster.co.za through the browser on your mobile phone.
Please ensure you have the tickets ready to scan at the entrance to the venue and your ticket is live meaning the foil is running at the top of the ticket. Screenshots are not valid for entry.
Only tickets purchased from Ticketmaster.co.za are valid for entry. If you’ve purchased tickets from secondary resellers such as Viagogo, you will not be permitted entry into the venue and we urge you to contact Ticketmaster if you have.
Need to transfer tickets to a friend:
- You can transfer tickets via the Ticketmaster app or your Ticketmaster account on the Ticketmaster website.
- Go to your Calabash South Africa order under “Upcoming Events”.
- Select “Transfer”.
- Select the tickets you want to transfer.
- Enter the recipient’s details.
- Select “Confirm”.
- The recipient will receive an email asking them to accept the tickets and register an account with Ticketmaster.
- Please give your family and friends a nudge and ask them to check their spam folder if they don’t receive the email from Ticketmaster. The email will come from ‘noreply@ticketmaster.co.za’.

OPTION 1: PARK AND RIDE
We highly recommend the Park and Ride service, it is designed with dedicated lanes in conjunction with our traffic management plan to ensure a safe, comfortable, punctual, and stress-free transport solution for event attendees.
A temporary Park and Ride station will be set up within short walking distance from the stadium entrance. Staff and security will be deployed to assist passengers on arrival and departure.
To ensure that the Park and Ride is accessible to as many individuals as possible, services are available from the following destinations.

Your Park and Ride ticket will include return transport and includes free, undercover parking at all departure points.
The first buses will depart from the above points at 13H00 and the last bus will depart promptly at 16H00. The last bus will depart from FNB Stadium at 24H00.
By making use of this service, you will be making a huge contribution towards reducing the carbon footprint of the event and traffic-induced stress around the stadium.

OPTION 2: PAID PARKING
Introducing FNB Stadium's new navigation software to direct you past road closures and ticket check points to your ticketed or free parking area. Follow instructions for use of Software, accessible via the following link: https://fnbs.routing.geoint.africa.
There will be pre-paid parking available for Calabash South Africa, please note that you need to book your parking ticket BEFORE the event. To book a parking ticket, click here.
Exclusive Parking (purple) is located inside the Expo Centre, this parking area is closer to the venue. Directions: Take the off Ramp / N1 Randshow, turn left into Rand Show Road, turn left into Golden Highway, first road right into Ring Rd.
General Parking (green). Furthest from the stadium, located in the green blocks.
Access via Nasrec (north bound), turn left into Recreation Road.
Access via Rand Show Road turn into Commerce Road.

Disabled Parking
Disabled parking is managed by Stadium Management South Africa. Please email, vivian@stadiummanagement.co.za to organise your disabled parking pass.
Note that security will be ensuring that all disabled parking ticket holders have the relevant paperwork to allow them access to the dedicated parking area.
OPTION 3: GAUTRAIN
For your ease and convenience, the Gautrain service has been activated for Calabash South Africa. We strongly recommend that you take advantage of this service to ensure a seamless journey to and from the venue. To book tickets click here.
Return Gautrain transport ticket from any of the following stations to Gautrain Park Station: Rosebank, Sandton, Marlboro, Midrand, Centurion and Hatfield.
Bus shuttle services between Gautrain Park Station and FNB Stadium Parking fare at the relevant home station.
Other important info: Gautrain armbands will be handed out at stations between 10h00 and 18h00 to Gautrain Calabash ticket holders. Buses to / from Park Station and FNB Stadium will run between 11h00 and 18h00 and again between 23h00 and 01h15 (last bus). Please follow Gautrain on social media for updates, further information and relevant Ts&Cs: Gautrain Events, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
OPTION 4: FREE PARKING
General free parking will be available in PS21 and PS23.
Traffic and Road Closures:
There will be full road closures from 10h00 by the JMPD to assist with traffic flow on Soweto Highway, Golden Highway, Nasrec Road, and Booysens Reserve Road.
- All FNB Stadium precinct roads will be closed from 06H00.
- Rand Show Road = OPEN and has access to prepaid parking.
- Golden Highway = CLOSED between Rand Show Road and
- Soweto Highway. Only Vap accredited vehicles can pass.
- Nasrec Road = CLOSED between Recreation Road and Shaft 17 Road. There is access to prepaid parking at Recreation Rd.
- Soweto Highway = CLOSED between Mentz Road and N2 Offramp: No access to parking.
- Booysens Reserve Road = CLOSED between Mentz and N1 Onramp. No access to parking.
- Parking access: When you arrive at the road closures, you will be diverted to your designated parking area. Please ensure you go via Rand Show Road and Nasrec Road.
OPTION 5: E-HAILING RIDE SHARE / UBER and DROP OFF
Dedicated ride-share positions have been arranged for E-Hailing / Uber services off Exhibition Road and Nasrec Road. Please only use this area to be dropped off and more importantly picked up after the show. Due to road closures and traffic congestion, this area has been set up for your ease of use. -26.243446, 27.975803.
Directions: Enter via Randshow off-ramp. Turn left into Golden highway extension. Turn right into ring 1 road. Turn left to Expo Parking 1 -2. Follow the Uber Marshall instructions.

Front Zone Standing: Enter through Outer Gate M & Gate G
General Admission Standing: Enter through Outer Gate M and Gate G
Additional information for Standing ticket holders:
- You can only enter the stadium from Gate M and Gate G as you need to exchange your ticket for an armband to enter the field standing area. These armbands are located at Gate M and Gate G.
- Please consult security if you have any concerns or questions.
- Look out for our info staff in pink bibs who are there to help you, please say hi to them.
- Please follow security instructions as you will need to obtain the relevant field standing armband to access the field before entering the stadium.
- All standing ticket holders will receive a wristband and be allowed entry to the field on that armband. Please plan your arrival time accordingly to account for this process.
- Important note, for the personal safety of minors, no persons under the age of 12 or shorter than 1,2m are permitted on the field, even if they are escorted by an adult, guardian or parent.
- We reserve the right to find alternative seating or refuse entry into the venue if there is no seating availability. This is determined to be a safety risk and is unfortunately not negotiable.
A responsible adult must accompany children 16 years of age and under.
Accessibility Patrons: Enter via Gate L with parking at PS16.
Discovery VIP Experience: You are required to collect your armband at the registration tent in order to access the VIP bars, which are located on the podium East and West near to your seats (close to the back of stage area). Please reach out to the VIP staff or ushers for directions. See maps above for VIP bar locations.
Blocks 101, 102, 103, 104, 105: Enter the stadium via the VIP Marquee located at Gate A.
Blocks 122, 123, 124, 125, 126: Enter the stadium via the VIP Marquee located at Gate G.
Platinum Ticket Holders: Enter the stadium through Gate A if you are seated in blocks 101, 102, 103, 104, 105 or Gate G if you are in blocks 122, 123, 124, 217, 218. You are not required an armband to access your seat.
Seated tickets: Enter through Gate C, H & K as displayed on your ticket. You do not need an armband to access your seat, ushers are on hand to help direct you to your seat. Please note: all turnstiles can accept all seated tickets except for gate M & Gate G, if the turnstiles in front of you are busy, look left and right for alternative access points and please listen to Security.
Suite tickets: Ticket holders must enter via gate C. Enter foyer displayed on your ticket. Suites will open at Entrance A, AA and U.
Stadium Management Lounge tickets enter through Gate C and proceed to Turnstile 22 and enter the stadium via Foyer A.
What happens if I leave? Can I come back?
No, if you leave the event, you won’t be able to come back in. Once you’re in, you’re in, so please make sure you bring everything you need with you.
If I arrive late, will I still be allowed inside?
Yes, latecomers will be permitted entry via a designated turnstile. Please follow instructions from staff on arrival.
What does a Discovery VIP Experience include?
Discovery VIP Experience: Includes best in-house Platinum seated ticket near the stage, dedicated fast track entrance, designated check-in, and on-site VIP event staff and access to VIP bars with complimentary beers/ciders/softs. VIP bars are located in a non-viewing area on the podium.
What is an official Platinum Ticket?
Platinum tickets are the best-seated tickets in the house, located in the tier-one blocks close to the stage. Look out for the platinum ushers, they will assist you to your seat.

I’ve got Stadium Management Lounge tickets, what does it include and how do I get my parking tickets?
Stadium Management Lounge and the Hall of Fame Lounge FNB Stadium, Johannesburg: Includes a prime position viewing lounge ticket located above the halfway Line, buffet meal, premium bar, parking 1:4, and fully staffed facility. Parking tickets will be distributed directly to ticket holders via the venue before event day. For any questions, please reach out to SAIL (bookings@sail.co.za).
What else can I expect to experience at Calabash South Africa?
Brace yourself for an array of awesome activities that will make Calabash South Africa an unforgettable experience. Picture LED frame girls, stilt walkers towering over the festivities, mimes weaving silent tales, mikishi performers enchanting with traditional African artistry, pantsula dancers electrifying the stage, acrobats, jugglers adding a touch of circus magic, and roaming festival glitter artists sprinkling joy everywhere.
Will there be Merchandise at the venue?
Yes, merchandise will be available to purchase at the show. There will be multiple merch stalls at the podium. To pre-order or view the merchandise range, click here. To purchase merchandise you need to have a debit or credit card. No cash will be accepted.
What payment options are available at the venue?
To purchase alcohol or merchandise you need to have a debit or credit card. Cash will not be accepted. Cash will only be accepted to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages.
Where is the box office?
There is no Box Office located at the venue, there will only be ticket resolution offices manned by Ticketmaster. This will be located by Gate C, G, J, L, and M.
If I arrive at the venue and I need assistance with my tickets, where do I go?
There will be a Ticketmaster Box Office by the main forecourt entrance (opposite turnstile 11).
If you are inside the stadium and you need assistance, please proceed to foyer E.
Can I still buy tickets?
If you are looking to purchase more tickets for the show, please click here. There will be no ticket sales onsite. Please note: Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticketing agent for this show. Resolution offices manned by Ticketmaster, this will be located by Gate C, G, J, L, and M.
Is there an age restriction for the show?
No children under the age of 3 (three) are allowed to attend the event.
No persons under the age of 12 or shorter than 1,2m are permitted on the field, even with an adult. We reserve the right to refuse entry into the venue, or subject to availability find alternative seating. We reserve the right to find alternative seating or refuse entry into the venue if there is no availability.
A responsible adult must accompany children 16 years of age and under.
Over 16s can attend without an adult. Those between 16-18 years of age who are not accompanied by a parent / guardian must have an emergency contact number for their parent / guardian saved under the name ICE on their mobile phones.
Please note: You risk missing the show without the option of a refund if you choose to ignore this very important safety and security requirement. Please contact Ticketmaster before the day of the show to swap your tickets for seated tickets if you do not meet these minimum requirements.
What security will be in place?
Enhanced security checks are in place on arrival at FNB Stadium, we ask you to please support and cooperate fully so our team can efficiently carry out these measures to ensure your safety and make sure you are inside the stadium in time for the show.
We ask that you keep personal belongings to a minimum and only bring your essentials. Please do not bring large bags, as these will not be allowed into the stadium.
What do I do if there is an emergency?
The venue call center can be reached on 011 247 5300. This number can be used for all incidents, queries, and emergencies and will be in operation the day of the event as well as after the event.
Please feel free to reach out to any security or event steward, they are there to assist you.
I’ve lost something, what can I do?
A Lost & Found kiosk will be set up at the venue, please speak to our representatives at the information points to guide you to the location or consult the venue map. All lost property is kept at the stadium for 48 hours after which it is transferred to the Booysens Police Station.
Is there an easy meeting point inside the stadium?
Due to the size of the stadium, there are no designated meeting points. We would suggest you decide on a rendezvous point with your friends/family when you arrive at your block/area of the stadium should you become separated.
What happens if someone in my party goes missing?
Please contact a member of security or an event steward, they will be happy to assist you.

What items are prohibited?
- Professional cameras (a detachable lens) or professional recording devices. Due to artist stipulations, they are not permitted.
- Computers, laptops, tablets, selfie sticks, Ipads/tablets
Glass bottles, cans, or containers or other heavy and/or sharp objects - Any illegal drugs or paraphernalia or items deemed to be offensive
Skateboards, scooters, roller blades, helmets or bicycles
Knives, weapons, chains of any nature or fireworks
Laser pointers and flashlights - Flags with poles, large flags or banners
- Whistle, horn, musical instrument, loud hailer, public address system, digital, electronic, or other recording or broadcast device
- Any item that you intend to distribute, hawk, sell, offer, expose for sale, or display for marketing or promotional purposes
- No animals apart from authorised guide/companion dogs
- No Umbrellas are allowed as they pose a safety risk and sightline issues, rather dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
- Please ensure you come prepared for all weather conditions. Umbrellas will unfortunately be confiscated at the entrances.
- Braais, and camping chairs.
Firearms are strictly forbidden - Any dangerous goods and any other items considered to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance.
- Cooler boxes, camera bags, bags, briefcases, backpacks, and women’s purses (small clutch bags are allowed).
- Amnesty bins will be placed at all entrances where prohibited items can be placed within these bins prior to entering the search points. The amnesty bins will be removed and confiscated by the SAPS.
No camping will be allowed outside the venue.
No patrons will be allowed to queue outside the venue until 9 am on the day of the show.
If you fail to comply with this requirement and refuse to vacate the area after being instructed to do so by security and/or SAPS, we reserve the right to confiscate your ticket and escort you from the venue. In the case of an unaccompanied minor, your parents/guardian will be contacted to collect you from the venue and if they fail to do so within a reasonable time, we will contact City social services.
Is there a bag policy?
This event will follow a strict bag policy.
All bags have to be 15 cm (D) x 20cm (W) x 30cm (H) or less in size. Only 1 bag per person will be permitted. All bags will be searched.
Any bags not permitted inside the Stadium will be confiscated by security should you not make arrangements to store them. Any items confiscated will be handed over to SAPS. Note that any items confiscated will not be returned to patrons. There will be NO storage provided by the venue and is solely your responsibility.
Will there be food and beverage outlets in the stadium?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for sale inside the stadium. Please note that you may not bring food/beverages into the venue.
Please bring your ID to the stadium should you plan on consuming alcohol. Cash will be accepted to purchase food and non-alcoholic beverages.
