Each day is a separate event, you will need to purchase tickets for the night you want to attend.

i.e. Tickets purchased for night one to see Robbie Williams, are not valid for night two, Green Day, The Offspring, and Fokofpolisiekar. If you want to attend both nights, you’ll need to buy two separate event tickets for the two different concerts.

Nope, they are two separate events. If you’d like to attend both shows, you’d need to buy tickets for both events. Each event date requires a separate event ticket.

There is a ticket limit of 10 tickets per city on this event for the Discovery Bank pre-sale. The general on sale limit per customer is 8.

Failure to adhere to the ticket limits may result in your orders for Tickets purchased in excess of the relevant limits being cancelled without notice. 

This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, card number or other information.

No children under the age of three will be allowed into the venue. 

All minors must have a valid ticket, adequate ear protection and must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 

Restriction for Standing Tickets: The patron's age must be over 12 and a height minimum of 1.2 meters.

Fans are strongly advised against purchasing tickets from Viagogo (or secondary websites). These tickets are unlawfully resold by deceitful sellers for multiple times the face value and are not legitimate tickets. Ticket delivery will be delayed for this event, all fans will be notified when tickets are available to download/view. You will only receive an order confirmation after your purchase.

Please note for this specific event, all tickets will be digital – via registering a Ticketmaster account. After the successful purchase of tickets, fans can access their tickets by either accessing it in My Account or by downloading the Ticketmaster App via Apple or Google Play Store.

Tickets will only be available 30 days before the event. All fans are required to transfer additional tickets to their friends/family attending with them making use of Ticket Transfer. Ticketholders need to provide photo ID at the event that matches the name on the ticket.

Platinum tickets are the best-seated tickets in the house. These tickets vary in price driven by demand from fans, similar to airline tickets and hotel rooms. By using this dynamic pricing, we give fans an opportunity to safely buy official tickets for the events they love right up to the date of the show. Official Platinum Tickets do not include any additional items, and only includes a ticket to the event.

With the Ticketmaster Fan Guarantee you are entitled to cancel your ticket up to 60 days before the event date.
